  1. Are they free? Do we return them? 
    Yes, samples are completely free and yours to keep. There’s no invoice, return requirement, or obligation to purchase. All samples arrive new and ready to test.
  2. When will I recieve the samples? 
    Samples typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Most requests ship within one business day from our Southern Nevada warehouse.
  3. Can you send multiple samples? 
    Yes. We encourage schools to test multiple headset and headphone options before making a larger purchase. Different grade levels, classrooms, and use cases often require different products, so we’re happy to help you compare the best options for your district.
  4. Why do you offer free samples? 
    We want schools to evaluate our products alongside what they currently use. This gives your school a clear, risk-free way to compare comfort, durability, and performance. We’re confident in our products, so there’s no cost or obligation to test them.
