Coverage | 1-Year Manufacture Defect Warranty 

This limited warranty applies only to the original end-user and is not transferable. The coverage period terminates upon transfer of ownership of the product, whether through sale or any other means. To be eligible for warranty services, an original or duplicate sales receipt from an authorized Hyve Headsets sales retailer must be provided. Please note that this limited warranty does not extend to products obtained from third-party sellers on online auction sites.

For Hyve Headsets Headphones, Headsets, and Audio devices 

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY

1. The natural wear and tear of the product;
2. Misuse, abuse, or any other non-standard usage;
3. Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance;
4. Damage caused by attempted repairs performed by unauthorized personnel;
5. Any alterations made to the product.

 

Warranty Disclaimers 

Apart from this limited warranty, Hyve Headsets LLC does not provide any additional express or implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. All implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, are explicitly excluded. In the event that the disclaimer of any implied warranty is prohibited by law, the duration of such implied warranties shall be limited to the duration specified in this limited warranty. It should be noted that some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or restrictions on the duration of such warranties. As such, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also be entitled to other rights which vary from state to state.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Repair or replacement of this product, as outlined in this limited warranty, is your sole remedy. Hyve Headsets LLC and its suppliers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product, including but not limited to, property damage, loss of value of the product or other products used in conjunction with the product, or loss of use of the product or other products used in conjunction with the product. This applies even if Hyve Headsets LLC had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Additionally, Hyve Headsets LLC will not be responsible for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are connected to or used with the product, including but not limited to laptops, tablets, Chromebooks, or other devices, or for any loss of data stored on such devices. In the event that damages are incurred for any reason, the entire liability of Hyve Headsets LLC and its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. It should be noted that some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and as such, the aforementioned limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province.
